NOTE: This design has to be custom designed to suit your wall space and racetracks can be arranged by our design team in different formations depending on your wall size/scale. Once you purchase and supply wall dimensions - we will send you a mock up to approve the layout and you can work with our design team to adjust things like scaling or basic colours etc.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY WALL?
How do I measure my wall?
Using a tape measure measure the full ‘width’ (left to right) and “height” (top to bottom) of your wall and record the measurements down.
Enter in your measurement in to the shop item ensuring “mm” Millimetres are used. Don’t enter in any commas, decimal points etc as this will show an error.
My wall irregular or has a door in it
It’s common to have walls with doors or windows in the wall. We suggest you order the wall including these items so you have additional wallpaper to trim around these areas.
If your wall is irregular shaped, over 4m high or simply ‘out of the box’ we suggest you email some photos and rough dimensions to info@grafico.com.au and our team can review and help you work out measurements or even process the order manually. You can also call us on 1300 447 234.
Can someone come out and look at my wall(s)?
Yes, this is definitely something that we can arrange however to start the process we like to provide you with an estimate so that you can ascertain if the wall graphics fit within your budget.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?
If your design mentions that a custom scale/design is required – our design team will then email you a PDF artwork approval form in approx 1-2 business days after ordering. If your product mentions this – your order will not be printed until the artwork is approved is writing via email.
It’s important to review this file to confirm dimensions and the scale/design etc. once you approve this mock up in writing it will be sent to print.
CHANGE OF MIND:
As all our products are custom printed to order we do not offer refund for change of mind. If you change your mind after an artwork PDF has been sent to you from our design team a design fee of $110inc. GST will be charged to you / or removed from the refund amount.

INSTALLATION
Whilst many customers are happy to DIY install our products we can also assist with installation if required!
Wallpaper is self-adhesive “peel and stick” and comes in ‘drops’ of approx 1.2m with a 10-15mm overlap. Please refer to DIY instructions here for full info.
MELBOURNE, VICTORIA INSTALLATIONS
If you’re located in Melbourne we have our own in-house installation team that can install your wallpaper on site. To arrange a quotation please email us images of your space with rough dimensions to info@grafico.com.au and we can arrange a quotation for you asap.
OTHER STATES IN AUSTRALIA INSTALLATION

RURAL OR OTHER AREAS
If there are no recommended installers in your area. We would generally recommend a local ‘signage’ company assist with the install as they are generally proficient in the installation of self-adhesive wallpapers. Best to ask your local signage company if they install ‘self adhesive wallpaper or wall graphics’ and they will advise if they can assist.

DELIVERY TIMES
As all our orders are custom printed to order, dispatch time is approx. 5-7 business days from artwork approval (not the initial order date)

Please note, once the items leave Grafico we can not guarantee delivery turn around times from our courier partners.
Do you ship to other countries out of Australia?
YES! We offer world-wide shipping! Simply enter in your address at checkout to obtain a shipping price. If you obtain a message at checkout that you can’t order to your country/location, please contact our team info@grafico.com.au and we can arrange a quote via another shipping partner.
