Grafico has an Australia-wide install team. For Melbourne installations we have an in-house team and for other locations we have a wide list of recommended installers in most capital cities.

To obtain an installation quote we will need clear photos of your wall/area as well as suburb/location and wall dimensions.

If you’re in an area or zone where we do not have a recommended installer…we would generally recommend a local sign company to install the wallpaper as generally they are more proficient to install self-adhesive wallpapers over more traditional wallpaper installers which are more used to paste to the wall products. Can I make any changes to the design?

Once your order has been placed, we will send an artwork proof based on your supplied specifications.

If you would like to make any changes we will include one additional proof to be sent through with changes such as moving the image, as well as changing the scale.

Subsequent changes will come at an additional minimum cost of $60+GST per proof depending on the level of complexity.

For more complex changes such as changing of colour or photo-manipulation will be quoted for your approval before being made.

Payment will be required before moving your order to production.

As our wallpapers are a vinyl not paper base, they can be installed successfully in bathrooms direct to a painted plaster wall or undercover al-fresco area.

However should not be installed if water will be splashed constantly eg. In a shower, splash back or fully outdoors.

Does it stick to any surface?

Our wallpapers will stick to most painted surfaces like painted plaster. However some paints contain teflon and other additives that won’t allow the wallpaper to adhere to the paint. It is up to you or your installer to peel off the wallpaper and feel if the wallpaper will adhere to the paint.

If it feels like it has a very low adhesion or simply falls off, we would recommend an undercoat first to allow the wallpaper to adhere.

An easy to purchase option is low VOC “CEILING PAINT” in white , available from most hardware and paint stores.

Additionally we use and recommend Vipond’s Self Adhesive Prep Coat(http://www.viponds.com.au/digital-print-prep-products) which is available around Australia.

Our wallpapers will not stick to textured surfaces such as raw MDF, wood or concrete, render etc. For textured walls like this please contact our team to discuss alternative materials. 1300 447 234 / info@grafico.com.au

Enter in your measurement in to the shop item ensuring “mm” Millimeters are used. Don’t enter in any commas, decimal points etc as this will show an error.

The short answer is…no…and that’s a good thing!

We print onto a self-adhesive, removable vinyl base film. So it’s similar to traditional wallpaper, however there’s no messy glues/pastes and nightmare removal process! Being removable also means that when the drops are being installed you can peel it back to get the drops to line up making the install process a lot easier.

Wallpaper is supplied in nice large approx. 1.2m wide drops with a 10-15mm overlap. An overlap is necessary with all digital print wallpapers.

SMOOTH – similar to a low-sheen painted wall, so it’s not glossy and has a nice smooth satin/matte finish. Most popular for various applications.

CANVAS – has a beautiful embossed canvas texture. Canvas is probably our most popular product especially in residential applications as when you walk up to the wallpaper you can see the real texture in the film.

Grafico offers a 12 month year guarantee against fading and adhesion issues caused by a fault in the product or printing method.

Please note: Although in most cases the wallpaper film is removable, Grafico does not guarantee removability with zero damage to the wall from the following substrates:

– Surfaces with poor paint-to-substrate adhesion
– Wallboard
– Existing graphics that must remain intact; damage to existing graphic when film is removed
– Aged paint or metal that may have surface oxidation or chalking
– Outdoor, horizontal surfaces

Grafico does not warrant damage to the interior wall surface caused by removing film even if a removable adhesive was used. Removing a graphic can cause damage to the wall. Due to the variety of wall surfaces Grafico cannot guarantee damage free removal.

Grafico does not warrant damage to the interior wall surface caused by removing film even if a removable adhesive was used. Removing a graphic can cause damage to the wall. Due to the variety of wall surfaces Grafico cannot guarantee damage free removal.

What size does your wallpaper come in?

As all our wallpapers are custom printed to order in-house, there is no exact set size – we make the wallpaper to fit your wall. Generally each ‘drops’ is up to approx. 1200mm wide.

Can Grafico only install wallpaper in Melbourne?

Grafico has an Australia-wide install team. For Melbourne installations we have an in-house team and for other locations we have a wide list of recommended installers in most capital cities.

To obtain an installation quote we will need clear photos of your wall/area as well as suburb/location and wall dimensions.

If you’re in an area or zone where we do not have a recommended installer…we would generally recommend a local sign company to install the wallpaper as generally they are more proficient to install self-adhesive wallpapers over more traditional wallpaper installers which are more used to paste to the wall products. Question 59

Can I make any changes to the design?

Once your order has been placed, we will send an artwork proof based on your supplied specifications.

If you would like to make any changes we will include one additional proof to be sent through with changes such as moving the image, as well as changing the scale.

Subsequent changes will come at an additional minimum cost of $60+GST per proof depending on the level of complexity.

For more complex changes such as changing of colour or photo-manipulation will be quoted for your approval before being made.

Payment will be required before moving your order to production.

Can I order a sample?

Question 61

Can it be used outdoors or in wet areas?

As our wallpapers are a vinyl not paper base, they can be installed successfully in bathrooms direct to a painted plaster wall or undercover al-fresco area.

However should not be installed if water will be splashed constantly eg. In a shower, splash back or fully outdoors.

Can someone come out and look at my wall?

Yes, this is definitely something that we can arrange however to start the process we like to provide you with an estimate so that you can ascertain if the wall graphics fit within your budget.

Do you ship to other countries out of Australia?

Question 64

Does it stick to any surface?

Our wallpapers will stick to most painted surfaces like painted plaster. However some paints contain teflon and other additives that won’t allow the wallpaper to adhere to the paint. It is up to you or your installer to peel off the wallpaper and feel if the wallpaper will adhere to the paint.

If it feels like it has a very low adhesion or simply falls off, we would recommend an undercoat first to allow the wallpaper to adhere.

An easy to purchase option is low VOC “CEILING PAINT” in white , available from most hardware and paint stores.

Additionally we use and recommend Vipond’s Self Adhesive Prep Coat(http://www.viponds.com.au/digital-print-prep-products) which is available around Australia.

Our wallpapers will not stick to textured surfaces such as raw MDF, wood or concrete, render etc. For textured walls like this please contact our team to discuss alternative materials. 1300 447 234 / info@grafico.com.au
