As all our orders are custom printed to order, dispatch time is approx. 7-10 business days from artwork approval (not the initial order date).

This digital print wallpaper is made from a self-adhesive satin/matte finish vinyl so there is no need for any glue – just apply direct to your walls. All of our wallpapers are removable for up to 12 months so if you decide to take it down, it won’t pull away any paint or plaster underneath!

Our environmentally friendly printer uses water-based, odourless inks, ensuring the safety of your family.

Whilst many customers are happy to DIY install our products we can also assist with installation if required!

Wallpaper is self-adhesive “peel and stick” and comes in ‘drops’ of approx 1.2m with a 10-15mm overlap.

We would generally recommend a local ‘signage’ company assist with the install as they are generally proficient in the installation of self-adhesive wallpapers. Best to ask your local signage company if they install ‘self adhesive wallpaper or wall graphics’ and they will advise if they can assist.

Grafico has an Australia-wide install team. For Melbourne installations we have an in-house team and for other locations we have a wide list of recommended installers in most capital cities.

To obtain an installation quote we will need clear photos of your wall/area as well as suburb/location and wall dimensions.

If you’re in an area or zone where we do not have a recommended installer…we would generally recommend a local sign company to install the wallpaper as generally they are more proficient to install self-adhesive wallpapers over more traditional wallpaper installers which are more used to paste to the wall products. Once your order has been placed, we will send an artwork proof based on your supplied specifications.

If you would like to make any changes we will include one additional proof to be sent through with changes such as moving the image, as well as changing the scale.

Subsequent changes will come at an additional minimum cost of $60+GST per proof depending on the level of complexity.

For more complex changes such as changing of colour or photo-manipulation will be quoted for your approval before being made.

Payment will be required before moving your order to production.

As our wallpapers are a vinyl not paper base, they can be installed successfully in bathrooms direct to a painted plaster wall or undercover al-fresco area.

However should not be installed if water will be splashed constantly eg. In a shower, splash back or fully outdoors.

Please note, once the items leave Grafico we can not guarantee delivery turn around times from our courier partners.

Our wallpapers will stick to most painted surfaces like painted plaster. However some paints contain teflon and other additives that won’t allow the wallpaper to adhere to the paint. It is up to you or your installer to peel off the wallpaper and feel if the wallpaper will adhere to the paint.

If it feels like it has a very low adhesion or simply falls off, we would recommend an undercoat first to allow the wallpaper to adhere.

An easy to purchase option is low VOC “CEILING PAINT” in white , available from most hardware and paint stores.

Additionally we use and recommend Vipond’s Self Adhesive Prep Coat (http://www.viponds.com.au/digital-print-prep-products) which is available around Australia.

Our wallpapers will not stick to textured surfaces such as raw MDF, wood or concrete, render etc. For textured walls like this please contact our team to discuss alternative materials. 1300 447 234 / [email protected]

All our wallpapers are sent out with instructions plus a squeegee which can be viewed here.

Wallpaper is supplied in nice large approx. 1.2m wide drops with a 10-15mm overlap. An overlap is necessary with all digital print wallpapers.

Using a tape measure measure the full ‘width’ (left to right) and “height” (top to bottom) of your wall and record the measurements down.

Enter in your measurement in to the shop item ensuring “mm” Millimeters are used. Don’t enter in any commas, decimal points etc as this will show an error.

The short answer is…no…and that’s a good thing!

We print onto a self-adhesive, removable vinyl base film. So it’s similar to traditional wallpaper, however there’s no messy glues/pastes and nightmare removal process! Being removable also means that when the drops are being installed you can peel it back to get the drops to line up making the install process a lot easier.

It’s common to have walls with doors or windows in the wall. We suggest you order the wall including these items so you have additional wallpaper to trim around these areas.

SMOOTH – similar to a low-sheen painted wall, so it’s not glossy and has a nice smooth satin/matte finish. Most popular for various applications.

CANVAS – has a beautiful embossed canvas texture. Canvas is probably our most popular product especially in residential applications as when you walk up to the wallpaper you can see the real texture in the film.
