These tiles are a custom printed lightweight 2mm thick resin mosaic tile! Custom printed and fully manufactured in Puglia, Italy. The product is air-freighted to Australia with a turn around time of approx. 4-6wks from artwork approval.

Need a tiler/installer? 

Mosaico Digitale can be installed either DIY or by any qualified tiler. We generally recommend a tiler that is confident installing mosaics as there is attention to detail required to line up each ‘square’ of tiles.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Enter your wall dimensions and add 100mm to the left, right, top and bottom measurements – this allows for ‘bleed’ and is required for the manufacturing process.
  2. If you have multiple walls and/or various odd shaped walls (eg. not square/rectangular) – it’s recommended not to purchase online and contact [email protected] so our design team can mock up your order before proceeding to production in Italy.
  3. If you are unsure email us a photo/sketch of your walls dimensions to [email protected] and we can assist further
  4. Remember to allow for bleed (as per point 1) as the product is made in Italy, you want to ensure your tiles arrives with enough tiles to complete your project! If unsure email us [email protected] or call 1300 447 234

  • Soon after ordering online you will receive a PDF showing the artwork + wall dimensions for your approval
  • Post approval in writing of this PDF the order will be sent to our factory in Italy for production

Yes, if you’d like a sample of “Custom Print Resin Tiles” we can arrange that free of charge. Please email [email protected] and we can arrange this to be sent to you.

If you need a physical sample of the design your after we can arrange that to be custom printed at our factory in Italy however there is a lead time on this plus a charge to cover the production costs.

Yes, this is definitely something that we can arrange however to start the process we like to provide you with an estimate so that you can ascertain if the wall graphics fit within your budget. If you’re located out of Melbourne we also have a network of recommended installers in most capital cities that may be able to assist with this. YES! We offer world-wide shipping! Simply enter in your address at checkout to obtain a shipping price. Please note that some locations may not be available due to Covid-19 restrictions on freight. If you obtain a message at checkout that you can’t order to your country/location, please contact our team [email protected] and we can arrange a quote via another shipping partner.

All our wallpapers are sent out with instructions plus a squeegee which can be viewed here (https://www.grafico.com.au/everything-about-installation/)

Using a tape measure measure the full ‘width’ (left to right) and “height” (top to bottom) of your wall and record the measurements down.

Enter in your measurement into the shop item ensuring “mm” Millimetres are used. Don’t enter in any commas, decimal points etc as this will show an error.

It’s common to have walls with doors or windows in the wall. We suggest you order the wall including these items so you have additional wallpaper to trim around these areas.

If your wall is irregular shaped, over 4m high or simply ‘out of the box’ we suggest you email some photos and rough dimensions to [email protected] and our team can review and help you work out measurements or even process the order manually. You can also call us on 1300 447 234.

Grafico offers a 10 year warranty on indoor use and 8 year warranty on outdoor use for Custom Printed Resin Tile products. Please refer to product and warranty specs here by clicking on the orange tabs in the page here.
